Our Services. Becky's ArtWorld delivers Painting Classes, Drawing Classes, Paint And Sip, Creative Workshops, Wedding Activities. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Becky's ArtWorld makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Becky's ArtWorld's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Becky's ArtWorld harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Becky's ArtWorld may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
